I have been working in documentary film, ethnography, and research for over thirty years, and represent some of my work here.

You can also look at my work at Folkstreams, a wonderful collection of folklore documentaries, and at the Philadelphia Folklore Project. I taught for several years in the Program in Media and Culture at NYU, developed and ran the Communication Department at the University of the Arts, and was trained at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Anthropology Film Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

I am also a Principal at CFAR, a management consulting firm in Philadelphia in Boston.
